Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations, our Harolds Evotel Cleanliness Council is redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. Upon Arrival

Temperature Check

There will be a new maximum capacity for each vehicle to maintain physical distancing.

  • Max of 6 persons for a Van
  • Max of 2 persons for a Car

Strictly NO Mask NO Entry policy will be applied. At the entrance thermal checking is done to ensure you are not running into a fever

Hand Sanitization

Alcohol gel dispensers for personal sanitation is provided at the entrance and at all accessible public areas within the hotel.

Foot Disinfection

Sanitizing foot bath are conducted at Harolds Evotel entrance

Luggage Bag Sanitization

Remember that luggage is handled by numerous people and is stacked, so as a precautionary measure all luggage bags are sprayed and wiped down before you enter the hotel to prevent any coronavirus to enter your room.

The New Norm - Check In Process

Social distancing should be always applied, at least 2 persons at a time at the counter at all times. Health Declaration should be filled-up or thru the QR Code provided upon check-in

Request for Express Check out

Express check-out is available for all guests with credit card. Please give a call to our Front Desk a day prior to check-out to make necessary arrangement.

Practice Social Distancing

Physical distancing guides or foot markers are available to maintain safe distance at all times. A distance of 1 meter social distancing is required at all times.

Sanitizing All Critical Touch Points

Regular sanitization is done especially for frequently touched surfaces such as elevator buttons, handrails, and counter tops

Disinfecting Guest Room

All guestrooms are thoroughly disinfected and cleansed to guarantee our guest's health, safety and comfort.

Clean & Sanitized Seal

There are no back-to-back arrivals, all rooms and meeting spaces are sanitized 24 hours prior to your arrival. An official sanitized seal is placed on each door after disinfection

Dine In Safety Measures

Non-in house guests are required to fill-up Health Declaration Form or thru the QR Code provided.
All guests are required to sanitize hands upon entering & leaving the restaurant and must wait to be seated. Restaurant will have limited capacity to maintain physical distancing.
QR Code for the menu is also available on every table to access menus and other request for contactless service

Safe Food Preparation and Service Practices

Food is prepared taking into consideration on hygiene and disinfecting practices. All meals are covered to avoid contamination.

All tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized before and after guest use. Regular sanitization is done especially for frequently touched surfaces.

In Room Service

To minimize contact guest can request for in room breakfast service. Room service will observe a no contact delivery. Staff will leave tray by the door and knock to wait for guest to carry tray in the room

Gym

Fitness Center Hygienic Safety Measure

Maximum of 2 guests at a time with 1.5hrs duration. Wearing of mask in mandatory for the duration of visit. Safe physical distance must always be observed while using the facility. Gym will be sanitized prior and after every set appointment time.

Meetings/Events

Meeting & Event Safety Measures

Intensive and enhance safety training for food handling and preparation is regularly done. Social distancing is observed in all meeting spaces. Capacity allowed will be based on IATF Guidelines. Social distancing will be practiced.
As part of the new safety protocol, organizers will be required to provide a list of all attendees with complete contact details. This will be shared with local authorities should the need arise.
Meeting Rooms are sanitized after cleaning. No back-to back use of meeting space for the mandatory 24-hour sanitation window. Hand sanitizers are provided at strategic areas in the meeting area. Increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched areas. Heightened food sanitation practice is strictly implemented.
